The Ohio Ophthalmological Society (OOS) invites students, residents and fellows to submit an abstract for poster presentation at the OOS Annual Meeting on Feb. 24.

This is an excellent opportunity for students and physicians-in-training to become involved in the OOS annual meeting and enhance their reputation both within and outside their training institution. Network with physicians about future position opportunities! More than 100 ophthalmologists attend this meeting each year. Each year on the agenda, we highlight one of the Ohio ophthalmology training programs, but the abstract posters provide an opportunity for more physicians in training to participate.
Abstracts should relate to clinical or research-oriented work in the field of ophthalmology. If the abstract is accepted, the author must agree to present the poster at the OOS annual meeting. They will receive complimentary registration to the meeting and the YO lunch, plus a $100 gift card for the first-place poster and a $50 gift card for the second-place poster, based on a blind review by OOS leadership. Up to two abstracts may be submitted per individual and eight posters will be selected.
