On-site mobile mammography van screening from University Hospitals
University Hospitals will offer on-site mobile mammography van screening to the NEOMED community on Tuesday, Nov. 10.

Time: 8:30 a.m. and last appointment at 3:00 p.m.
Location: Junction between NEOMED and the Village (outside of G BLDG)
Taking time for preventive care is an important part of maintaining your health. The onsite mobile mammography van provides a convenient opportunity for employees to receive their annual screening right at the workplace—without having to leave work or travel to an appointment. Spouses are able to participate as well.
We encourage you to take advantage of this convenient service and make your breast health a priority.

Important information for the day of your Mammogram appointment:
- Do not wear deodorant, antiperspirant, powder, lotion/creams.
- Bring your identification card and insurance card with you to your scheduled appointment time.
- Patients age 39 and under: A doctor’s order is required to receive a mammogram.
- Patients age 40 and older: A doctor’s order is not required.
- Please provide the name of the doctor who should receive your mammogram results.
Important Screening Information – the mobile unit is only for screenings. If you are experiencing any breast-related symptoms, including: a lump or mass, breast pain, discharge, or any other breast concern, you cannot be imaged on the mobile unit. You will need to visit a breast center that provides diagnostic mammography and ultrasound imaging for further evaluation.
