Post-Election Conversation, Jan. 4

Join fellow students and faculty for a chance to reflect on the 2016 election, ask questions, listen, and share perspectives on the 2016 election season.

WHEN: Wednesday, January 4 from 5:45-8 p.m.

  • 6 p.m. Introduction by President Jay Gershen D.D.S., Ph. D.
  • 6:10 p.m. Presentation by Colin Swearingen, M.A., Ph.D., Department of Political Science, John Carroll University
  • 6:40 p.m. Large group discussion moderated by Julie Aultman, Ph.D.
  • 7:20 p.m. Small group breakout sessions

We look forward to hearing your thoughts and concerns regarding the previous national election in a welcoming environment. This event is aimed at sharing views with no discrimination or negativity towards one another. To acknowledge and understand the opinions of others is vital in our comprehensive view of government & healthcare, and also for the benefit of personal growth.
