Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Discussion for Emergency Providers, Jan. 28

NEOMED alumnus, Dr. Ross R. Henschen, M.D., will be coming to discuss the importance of recognizing PTSD amongst emergency providers and steps to take if one develops PTSD, related to the significant trauma emergency providers face daily. Additionally, Dr. Henschen will discuss the importance of taking steps to prevent addiction from becoming a problem in relation to PTSD.

The Emergency Medicine Interest Group (EMIG) hopes to see you there as we discuss this very important topic, especially given the recent debates surrounding Cleveland EMS and the city's support.
