Presence Overview Session, July 31

What is Presence?

Presence is a web and mobile software platform that helps campuses identify ways to increase student engagement, better allocate resources, enhance assessment practices, and promote opportunities- ultimately improving outcomes and retention.

All 80+ NEOMED student organizations have Presence accounts which allows our groups to operate more efficiently by tracking, assessing, and engaging students on campus. Please visit the NEOMED Presence Page  to view a listing of all the student organizations active for the 2018-19 academic year!

Throughout the upcoming year, student organizations as well as university departments who already have Presence pages set up, will be advertising student events on the NEOMED Presence Activities Calendar. Once the fall semester is in full swing, frequently check the activities calendar to see what is happening on campus!

Does your department want a Presence page to effectively advertise events and activities to our students? Do you want to start tracking attendance in a more efficient manner, instead of having the students sign in by paper? Do you want to simplify and automate processes, engage more students, and empower and measure learning outcomes all by utilizing one platform?

If you have answered YES to a majority of these questions, please attend the Presence Overview Session on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 2:15 p.m. in Olson Auditorium with Presence expert Alex Pearson. By the end of her session, I can guarantee your department will want a Presence page! And the best part is, it will be of no cost to you!
