Primary Care Administration of MAT: Assessment, Management, and Referral to Address the Opioid Epidemic, March 10 and April 21

Northeast Ohio Medical University is hosting Primary Care Administration of MAT: Assessment, Management, and Referral to Address the Opioid Epidemic on Saturday, March 10 and Saturday April 21 beginning at 8:00 a.m. 

This event is open to primary care medical educators and practicing primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and resident physicians.  Primary care providers are frequently the first line care for many patients with opioid use disorder.  Up to 12 hours, 8 hours on-site training, 4 hours online follow-up training will be provided. A $23.00 fee for conference day meals will be required at the time of registration. Compensation will be given for time in training for educators and practitioners, up to $1000 for Primary Care Physicians,
up to $500 for Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants if all training requirements are met. The option to apply for a buprenorphine waiver is available.
