Strategic Plan Update Cycle Now Open: Action Plan Updates Due Jan. 28

The first quarterly update cycle for NEOMED’s 2030 Creating Transformational Leaders Strategic Plan is now officially open. Action plan owners are asked to log in to Envisio and submit their updates anytime between now and Wednesday, Jan. 28.

This cycle marks an important step in maintaining momentum across all pillars of the strategic plan and ensuring that our progress remains visible, coordinated, and aligned with institutional goals. As a reminder, each update helps inform the broader review conducted by pillar leads in Academics, Discovery, and Engagement & Operations.

What Action Plan Owners Need to Do

Please take a few minutes this week to complete the required quarterly updates in Envisio. Each action plan update should include:

1. Narrative Update: Provide a concise summary of progress this quarter, using the prompts mirrored in Envisio

2. Status Selection: Choose the status that aligns with your narrative.

3. Progress Update: Adjust the progress bar to reflect the percentage of completion of your action plan.

You will also receive a reminder directly from Envisio, and users with Teams integration enabled may receive a notification there as well.
