All first year medicine and pharmacy students are invited to learn about opportunities on campus!
As student organization leaders, it is your responsibility to ensure that your organization is represented at the fair. At least one officer from each organization is required to attend. Student Councils are also required to have representation at the fair. Deadline to RSVP is August 25! (only student organization officers need to RSVP)
Set-up: Tables will be available for all registered student organizations. Each table will be labeled with your organization name and will be set up in alphabetical order outside in the NEW Center Courtyard. Please have your table set-up by 5 p.m.
Displays: This is a great opportunity to display your organization materials and recruit new members. You are encouraged to provide a new member sign-up sheet or another advertisement tool to all NEOMED students to join your organization. You can also display a poster next to or behind your assigned table. Easels will be available for your use. Posters from past years are located in RGE, on the 4th floor in the student organization section.
Meal: Dinner will be provided for all participants, but you are also welcome to provide candy or other give-away items to hand out at your table.
Clean Up: Student organization representatives are responsible for cleaning up after the events. Please remove all of your display items and discard table signs.
