The NEOMED College of Medicine will be having its Liaison Committee Medical Education (LCME) accreditation site visit next week, March 25-27. During the visit, the site visit team will be meeting on the NEOMED campus with administrators, faculty, staff, and students as well as with representatives from our hospital partners. Students will be taking the team on a tour of the campus Monday, March 25, from 10-11 a.m. The site visit is the final step in the reaccreditation process. At the conclusion of the site visit, the team will share a brief summary of its findings with the dean. It will then compile a report that will be reviewed by the LCME in October, at which time the school’s accreditation status will be decided.
