Vision Board Workshop
Stop in front of Sequoia Wellness in the NEW Center Atrium to make a vision board for 2026!
Join our fitness staff to identify and apply your vision to your very own vision board to carve the path to reaching your goals in 2026!
Supplies will be out from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, in the NEW Center Atrium.
Participants will receive a small poster board to decorate with inspirational quotes, newspaper clippings, and more!
