Week of Wellness Fall 2026

The Week of Wellness Fall 2026, sponsored by Student Services and the Student Wellness Committee, will be held Monday through Friday, Sept. 21-25, 2026.

This year’s activities include:

Monday, Sept. 21 | all day

Leave A Little Light

Stop by Campbell Atrium and write a note of encouragement to a classmate, faculty or staff member.

Monday, Sept. 21, | Noon-1 p.m.

QPR Virtual Training

Question, Persuade and Refer - three simple steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide.  (must sign up on campus groups)

Tuesday, Sept. 22  | all day

Where in the Whale is Nate

Keep your eyes open: there are over 100 mini–Whale Ducks hidden throughout campus! Send a picture of all found Whale Ducks to studentservices@neomed.edu! Stop by Student Services to see if your Whale Duck is a WINNER!!!  Prizes will be eligible for Whale Ducks found on Sept. 22 ONLY.

Sequoia Play Day!
