The Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA) invites the general student body to join us in welcoming rising, first year students who identify as Latinx in the College of Medicine, Pharmacy, and/or Graduate Studies at our upcoming Zoom Social on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, from 6-8 p.m. As these rising, first-year students are still navigating through matriculation, this is an opportunity to help in the collective effort to recruit and retain a diverse student body.
This event will be informal, starting with a brief introduction of the LMSA chapter, and followed by cycles of dancing music and randomized break-out rooms to meet and greet. Latinx food and beverages are encouraged. All participants will be entered in a raffle to win prizes.
