Jan. 24 beginning at 12 p.m. The Art of Journaling: This workshop introduces a self-care practice that combines drawing and creative writing as an effective and enjoyable method of expressing one’s thoughts and feelings, facilitating deep personal exploration, and even enhancing creativity. No artistic background/ “talent” necessary!
Feb. 20 beginning at 12 p.m. Meditation: In this workshop we will discuss the many benefits of meditation as well as how to incorporate a practice into your already busy life.
March 27 beginning at 12 p.m Overcoming Insomnia and Sleep Problems: In this workshop participants will be presented with evidence-based strategies to help optimize sleep and manage fatigue without medication.
