Women in NEOMED (WiN) is an Employee Resource Group at NEOMED supported by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. As an Employee Resource Group, we work to address issues that disproportionately affect women. WiN promotes personal, professional and leadership development of women at NEOMED, provides members an opportunity for networking and building connections, and contributes to a culture of inclusion and equity at NEOMED.
