Bullying in the workplace is real, and it is prevalent in many organizations. It has been likened to a cancer that must be stopped in order to protect the health of employees and the organization as a whole.
Provided by the Office of the Ombuds, this two hour workshop will discuss the type of bullying behaviors that are often experienced in organizations and the damage that it causes.
