AMEF Scholarship Opportunity for rising M3 and M4 students

The Academy of Medicine Education Foundation (AMEF) is now accepting medical student scholarship applications through January 31, 2017. Current M2 and M3 students that meet the eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply. Please note that this scholarship is for the 2017-18 academic.

AMEF scholarship eligibility criteria:  

  1. AMEF awards scholarships each year to rising M3 and M4 students that are or were residents of Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Portage, or Summit counties, and who demonstrate an interest in organized medicine, leadership skills, community involvement and academic achievement.
  2. AMEF scholarships will be awarded to rising M3 and M4 students attending the following colleges: Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic Lerner COM at CWRU, NEOMED, and Ohio University COM.

Announcement of the scholarship grants awarded will be made no later than March 6, 2017. Students who meet the above scholarship eligibility criteria should complete the scholarship application electronically.
