Congratulations to Varun Gopinath and Gurkiran (Kiran) Singh, who have been awarded scholarships from the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) to attend its national conference for family medicine residents and medical students July 25-27 in Kansas City, Missouri. Both Gopinath and Singh are rising second-year students in the College of Medicine.
Additional good wishes to Gopinath, who has also been selected for the position of student delegate to the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians convention August 2-4 in Columbus.
