Prepare for your role as a leader in the health care field with Lean Six Sigma.
Processes are all around us at the University, clinical sites, and home. Fortunately, Lean Six Sigma can help make the processes in your life better, faster, and easier.
Lean Six Sigma is a time-tested methodology that utilizes a structured framework to improve processes so that they are efficient, error-free and centered on the end-user. These new skills are then used to identify and address an improvement idea that directly impacts you.
