Brain Research Foundation Seed Grant Program

The Brain Research Foundation has invited NEOMED to nominate one faculty member to submit a Letter of Intent to their 2020 Seed Grant Program. The purpose of the program is to provide start-up money for new research projects and innovative programs that have the potential of becoming competitive for an NIH grant or other external funding sources. The PI must be a full-time assistant or associate professor working in the field of neuroscience.

Any faculty interested in submitting, please contact Rebecca Hayes at rlhayes@neomed.edu for additional information. Please also forward to Rebecca Hayes the following, after which an internal review will be held:

  • Brief description of your project
  • Statement on why your proposal would be competitive
  • Estimated budget needs
  • Potential future funding sources/programs
