In an effort to save as much energy as possible at NEOMED, Campus Operations creates HVAC schedules in its Building Automation System (BAS) for weekends, holidays, and any other times where we know certain buildings or areas will be unoccupied.
Therefore, due to COVID-19 de-densification efforts, Campus Operations is asking department heads/managers for their help in determining if we can schedule entire suites to “Unoccupied” on certain days or weeks other than the normal Holiday breaks (Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year’s).
Please reply to dhluch@neomed.edu if you know your suite will be unoccupied on certain days or weeks so we can save energy costs in areas that are fully controlled by our BAS.
