College of Graduate Studies Welcomes Nate Flath, CAA as Program Director of the Master of Medical Science in Anesthesia Program

The College of Graduate Studies is pleased to welcome Nate Flath, CAA as the program director for the new Master of Medical Science in Anesthesia (MMSc-A) program. The MMSc-A program will combine didactic education, clinical rotations, and high-fidelity simulation to prepare students for careers as certified anesthesiologist assistants (CAAs).

Nate completed his Master of Science in Anesthesia training through Case Western Reserve University and has been employed clinically as a CAA at UTHealth at Houston as well as Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Nate serves as the president-elect for the Ohio Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants. Nate lives in Wadsworth with his wife, Rachel, and three boys, Carter, Hayes and Landon.
