As you formulate your PfS goals for next year, discuss with your supervisor the important projects in your area and how they support (or align with) the strategic initiatives. See how your work helps to move forward the most time-sensitive initiatives:
- Ensure optimal educational experience
- Improve faculty compensation and retention
- Redefine relationships with clinical partners
- Initiate and secure sources of revenue
Spread the word, or ask for help. Tell us about a project you’re working on – and let us know if you are looking for collaborators or more resources.
