College of Graduate Studies' Phil Jenkinson, Greg Koman, and Kelly Shrock utilized the Lean Six Sigma tools to identify, categorize, and prioritize inefficiencies in the piloted process related to new program development.
Several other teams and individuals have been working to implement the tools offered by the Lean Six Sigma program in a way that will create a more efficient NEOMED community.
