I am pleased to announce that Dale Hluch has been named Interim Director, Campus Operations, effective November 1. As interim director, Dale will work closely with Jim Rankin, director of Campus Operations, and his staff to ensure a smooth transition in this critical role upon Jim’s retirement.
The Director position is responsible for managing all functions and staff related to the Physical Plant (operation and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and utilities), Physical Plant Services (grounds, receiving and distribution, waste management, and vehicle maintenance), as well as overseeing renovations and capital projects. Dale will assume full responsibility as director of Campus Operations on February 1, 2017. For the past two years, Dale has been treasurer and fiscal agent for Bio-Med Science Academy. Prior to his position at Bio-Med, he was the School Business Manager and Chief Fiscal Officer for Garaway Local Schools in Tuscarawas County. Along with his fiscal and teaching knowledge and skills, he brings to NEOMED over 30+ years of construction and project management experience.
