Even as retail establishments re-open, consumers are looking for ways to make purchases with minimal contact, due to COVID-19. The Rootstown Community Pharmacy’s new drive-through window is now operating, and a trial run on opening day (Monday, May 18) proved to be easy as cruising up to the window and putting the car in park.
The pharmacy has moved – not far, just within the NEW Center. To pick up an order by car, turn off State Route 44 and head toward The Village, watching for the Summa Health sign on the corner of the Medical Office Building. The red “Pharmacy Drive-Thru” sign is next.
Rootstown Community Pharmacy, 4211 State Route 44, Suite 1500, is open from 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. for elderly and high-risk individuals, and 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. for the general public.
