Attend this training facilitated by Human Resources to learn how to better develop annual performance goals by using the SMART acronym.
SMART goals set employees up for success by making goals specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely.
The SMART method helps employees push further, gives them a sense of direction, and helps them organize and reach goals on time.
The New Strategic Plan will also be discussed in this training to ensure employees create goals that tie back to the plan.
This training is geared toward staff and those who manage staff. Faculty and other administrators who participate in a different review process separate from staff and/or do not manage staff may elect not to attend this training.
