All qualifications are due by September 30, 2019. Visit the "Wellness Discount & Rewards" page on the Wellness Portal for additional details and to see your current status.
Updates and reminders on the Wellness Discount deadline and your individual progress will be emailed throughout the remainder of the month.

Save-the-date for Wellness Week September 23-27. Throughout the week multiple wellness point opportunities will be available.
