On Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3, the NEW Center will be a public polling place. As such, it will welcome members of the public to cast their votes.
This message is to make our campus community aware that although NEOMED’s policy is to require face coverings to provide protection from COVID-19, we cannot require this of voters. In the state of Ohio, no one may be prohibited from voting because they refuse to wear a face covering. The rules are different, state by state.
Election officials will have disposable face coverings available to offer to voters who come without one.
