As previously mentioned, HR will be conducting a NEW training for managers that focuses on developing the necessary skills to be able to conduct a crucial conversation. This nine-part in-person series will begin in July 2021 and end in March 2022 or before depending on other scheduled events and trainings throughout the calendar year.
This training focuses on having an effective crucial conversation by providing managers with the skills they need when they are often under-communicating, withholding information, or failing to act with unity.
Managers will have the opportunity to apply principles and skills learned from this training to real life challenges they may be facing.
NOTE: There are no more available spots for Group One. The following dates have been set for the series for Group Two. They may change as needed. There will be additional dates available for Group Two scheduled soon.
