The Department of Information Technology would like everyone to be aware of support over the holiday breaks.
Support over holiday break (the Help Desk is closed)
- If your password expires over break, please use the information found in this Knowledge Base article to reset it.
- If you receive a new mobile device, follow these instructions. If you experience problems with DUO, click here to open a ticket. **Please note that limited support will be available so response times cannot be guaranteed.
- **NEW** If you are working remotely, there are new capabilities available for forwarding your phone from off campus or for using a new feature called Jabber softphone to easily make/receive calls from your computer. Please note that these both require VPN and Jabber requires a setup step. Make sure to open a ticket to get these set up prior to 12/18, as IT support will be very limited over break.
