Help Desk Support Over Break

The Department of Information Technology would like everyone to be aware of support over the holiday breaks.

Support over holiday break (the Help Desk is closed)

  • If your password expires over break, please use the information found in this Knowledge Base article to reset it.
  • If you receive a new mobile device, follow these instructions. If you experience problems with DUO, click here to open a ticket. **Please note that limited support will be available so response times cannot be guaranteed.
  • **NEW** If you are working remotely, there are new capabilities available for forwarding your phone from off campus or for using a new feature called Jabber softphone to easily make/receive calls from your computer. Please note that these both require VPN and Jabber requires a setup step. Make sure to open a ticket to get these set up prior to 12/18, as IT support will be very limited over break.
