How does it work? Virtual Charity Ball 2021

Curious as to how a virtual Charity Ball works? You have questions and we have answers.

Charity Ball will look a bit different this year, but we are still committed to providing many of the same elements. From an online auction to raffle tickets, speakers, performances, and more, you will not want to miss this event.

The theme this year is “Come Together” which emphasizes the importance of staying connected and remaining optimistic and determined in light of the current circumstances COVID-19 has thrown at us. We come together to support student scholarships and community togetherness when the world seems distant.

We’ve partnered with Qtego, an online fundraising platform, to host virtual options of your Charity Ball favorites. To participate, you will need to register on neomed.home.qtego.net That’s how you will make donations, bid on auction items, and buy raffle tickets during the week of February 8-13. The platform is open now to register. The auction and raffle items will go live for the week, kicking off at noon on Monday, Feb. 8 during our zoom Q&A session with the Charity Ball committee.

On Saturday, Feb. 13, from 6-9 p.m. we will come together for the Aesculapius Charity Ball. Opportunities to match your donation, watch performances, speakers, and drawings of raffle winners will take place. You do not have to be present to win.

To get the zoom links for the kick-off and Charity Ball LIVE, RSVP by Friday, Feb. 5!
