Human Resources is pleased to announce that Amanda Filippi has accepted the Compensation Specialist position and will begin in her new role with NEOMED on Aug. 1, 2021. In this new position, Amanda will spearhead the administration of the compensation structure, policy, and practices, conduct job evaluations and market analyses, and align efforts to support the strategic plan as it relates to compensation, job descriptions, and career pathing. In September, Amanda will celebrate seven years with NEOMED and we’re delighted that she will be continuing her career in this vital role.
