NEOMED cares about students. To give thanks to the offices that keep STUDENTS at the center of their work through outstanding services and support, Student Services has created the monthly Student Support Spotlight.
With nominations from students, Student Services chooses one office per month who is deserving of this honor. There is a traveling trophy that will be displayed in the workplace of the winner for the month in which that team has been selected. We want to take the time to showcase the teams on campus who truly keep students at the center of their work.
While undergoing changes and having to adapt have been at the forefront of most of our minds in the past year, this office has really taken that to a new level. The Wasson Center has proved to be an important space for our students, even during a change of spaces on-campus and reorganizing in their department. One student wrote, “They are always so accommodating and nice during super stressful times for us students.” For this reason and so many more, the Wasson Center is the recipient of the January Student Support Spotlight. Our students are so lucky to have the dedicated Wasson Center staff on their team! Thank you for all you do.
