Keeping Our Finger on The Pulse

In 2016, the Office of Marketing and Communications transformed the way we communicate across campus with the launch of The Pulse: Newsbeats for NEOMED. As a robust internal communications channel, The Pulse was designed to inform, engage and promote relevant happenings to the NEOMED community.

We are incredibly proud of the success we have seen through adoption of The Pulse website and e-newsletter by the campus community, as well as the engagement and contributions from faculty, staff and students alike.

Since its 2016 launch, The Pulse has:

  • Delivered 530 emails to the NEOMED community
  • Published 475 articles, 653 events and 1,473 news briefs
  • Grown to an average 14,000+ monthly pages views

MarCom wants to build upon The Pulse’s success and growth, and continue to improve upon campus communications in a way that best serves the NEOMED community.

Once again, we have partnered with thunder::tech, an integrated marketing agency and the original team that helped us bring you The Pulse, to bring you a more robust and engaging communications platform. But we need your help!

We are conducting a survey and hosting focus groups to discover enhancements and features that you would like to see. We ask that you begin by filling out a short, anonymous survey. After you submit your response to the survey, you will be provided with a link for more information about the focus group.

Get started with the survey now!
