Mental Health and COVID-19

What has been the impact of COVID-19 on mental health?

Two physicians with ties to NEOMED will discuss the topic at the Akron Roundtable, a monthly event now being held virtually.

Brian Harte, M.D., president of Cleveland Clinic Akron General, will moderate a conversation with Elizabeth Cohen Menefee, M.D. (’10), chief medical officer of Child Guidance & Family Solutions; and Jeffrey Moore, M.D., vice president and medical director of Portage Path Behavioral Health.

Dr. Menefee is a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at NEOMED and Dr. Moore is a professor of psychiatry at the University.

The free, one-hour Akron Roundtable will take place at noon Thursday, Dec. 10. The virtual event is open to the public, with no registration required. For the event link and more information, visit akronroundtable.org.
