Mood Booster: Leave the Desk!

Here’s one of the things I’ve started doing to help boost my spirits. I have developed an exercise regimen that requires me to leave my desk every hour for a few minutes.

So, for instance, Wednesday consists of:

8:30 a.m.

25 situps (goal of 100/day)
20 lunges

10:00 a.m.

25 crunches
15 sec planks

11:30 a.m.

10 butt kicks – get my blood moving LOL

1:00 p.m.

25 sec wall sit
25 squats

2:30 p.m.

25 situps

4:00 p.m.

25 crunches

5:00 p.m.

25 situps

6:30 p.m.

25 situps
