Ashley Myer usually leads group exercise classes at Sequoia Wellness. With changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the second-year College of Medicine student has found a new alternative.
“I’ve been trying to diversify my workouts with some yoga – and my best friend Bernadette is, too! We are enjoying the sunshine and our time together while practicing social distancing,” writes Myer.
