On Saturday, May 16, 2020, the NEOMED Information Technology (IT) Department will be performing maintenance on the NEOMED Cisco telephone network.
The maintenance will require a reboot of the Cisco phones on campus. The reboot will occur between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The reboot will disrupt any active call.
The interruption should be brief.
Emergency parking lot phones and call boxes should not be affected. Previously set call forwarding will not be impacted.
