With deep sadness, the NEOMED community mourns the passing of Frederick J. Frese, Ph.D., former professor in the Department of Psychiatry at NEOMED. Dr. Frese was a renowned psychologist and fierce advocate for the rights and dignity of those affected by mental illness. He also served as the Director of Psychology at Western Reserve Psychiatric Hospital from 1980-1995.
Visitation is scheduled Thursday, July 19 from 5-8 p.m. at Johnson-Romito Funeral Home, 19 E. Main Street, Hudson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 20, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 340 N. Main St., Hudson.
