As flooding of historic proportions devastated Houston and beyond, NEOMED reached out.
More than 30 alumni in the Houston area alone were in the Hurricane Harvey’s path. Our alumni office contacted them to see how they were doing, and those who have responded so far have indicated they are fine. In fact, they have offered their help to other NEOMED alumni who may not be as fortunate.
To demonstrate our concern for the tremendous loss and hardship, the NEOMED Foundation made a donation to the Red Cross Hurricane Relief Efforts.
We will remain in contact with our Houston area alumni throughout the region’s recovery process.
