Dear NEOMED Community:
We are excited to see an increase of activity on campus with a “full return” in place for all and a “return to normalcy,” effective immediately for those who are vaccinated.
Undoubtedly, many will resume inviting guests to our beautiful campus so we want all to be aware of the process for welcoming visitors at NEOMED’s reception area ― the main entry point to the University (non-NEW Center side).
The Office of the President is pleased to continue to serve as the point of contact for the University’s visitors who enter through NEOMED’s main entrance and reception area. We ask that all students, faculty and staff, who are expecting visitors at the reception desk, to meet their guest(s) in the reception area at the designated time of their arrival. At least 24 hours in advance of your guest’s day of arrival, please contact the Office of the President at email@example.com to share the following:
- Name of guest(s);
- Time of arrival; and
- Name and contact information for the individual who will meet the guest(s) in the reception area.
Please note that NEOMED’s Security Office is not the main entry point for guests and, therefore, does not have a badge process established for such visitors. Guests should only be directed to the main entrance’s reception area.
