The Portage County District Library is proud to announce that it has partnered with Northeast Ohio Medical University to bring Portage County residents – as well as students, faculty, and staff – library service using a new and innovative approach to provide popular materials delivery with a library lending machine, the first of its kind within Northeast Ohio.
