I am pleased to announce Jason Richardson, Ph.D., DABT, as acting associate dean of research and faculty advancement for the College of Pharmacy. Dr. Richardson is currently the director of the Neurodegenerative Diseases and Aging Research Focus Area and professor of pharmaceutical sciences. In addition to these responsibilities, he will provide vision, strategic leadership, direction and guidance in the development and facilitation of faculty research and scholarship. His leadership will ensure a continued robust research program for the College as Steve Schmidt, Ph.D., assumes the interim role of vice president of research and dean of graduate studies.
