We are one community. One year later. In celebration of coming together to support one another and triumphs of this difficult year, Student Services put together a week of remembrance based in joy. March 15-19, students, faculty, and staff enjoyed a week filled with holistic wellness and gratitude for the support each member of our community has for each other.

Over 90 community members registered to participate in the week’s activities, participating in events including virtual bingo, trivia Tuesday, whine and paint (like complain, not the beverage), cupcake pick-up, an award ceremony and morning yoga. One student said, “I truly appreciate you both taking the time out of your day to host that awesome evening,” in regards to the virtual painting class.

While we cannot yet join together in-person, having moments together to take a break has been an important component of the past year. Thank you to everyone who joined our “one week” activities.
