Partnering for Success (PfS) Update

As we navigate these challenging times, Human Resources understands the added obstacles remote work brings to completing the PfS process. While not an ideal process, in order to complete the PfS evaluations, Human Resources recommends that managers hold virtual meetings with their employees to complete the Manager/Employee Review step and at the end of that meeting, the employee completes the Employee Sign-Off step to finalize the evaluation for timely completion. We ask that both steps be completed by May 18.
