Campus Operations is pleased to announce the promotion of Pete Cervone to the position of lead maintenance worker. Pete succeeds Skip Barnes, who was promoted to assistant director of Campus Operations when Chuck Cera retired.
Pete has been at NEOMED for almost six years. Along with a wealth of maintenance knowledge, he is Campus Operations’ refrigeration specialist. Prior to joining NEOMED, Pete was the director of maintenance at an assisted living facility. He understands the importance of communicating with stakeholders and serving the maintenance needs of the university in a timely and professional manner.
Pete can be found mostly in the NEW Center, as he is spearheading the effort of Campus Operations to perform the maintenance needs of the NEW Center and new Medical Office Building (M.O.B.).
