Registration Closes 1/22 for February Lean Six Sigma Certification Training

Have you ever found yourself frustrated by a complex process at work that involves multiple people touching the same information?

Do you regularly receive requests from colleagues on where to find information or for help locating missing documents?

Lean Six Sigma can help.

Lean Six Sigma is a time-tested methodology that utilizes a structured, data-driven method to improve business processes so that they are efficient, error-free and centered on the end-user.

At the start of each training, project teams identify an improvement idea that directly impacts their work area. The Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools are then applied using the selected improvement project.

Participants are encouraged to attend as a project team, comprised of 2-4 colleagues from either a single department or across multiple departments. Individuals are welcome to register as well.

YELLOW BELT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Through the Yellow Belt Certification training program, NEOMED employees learn how to use Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools to improve their work areas.

Sessions are held virtually and include large group learning, small group break-out activities, and application of key Lean Six Sigma concepts utilizing established templates and tools. Project teams receive customized project mentoring during the 5-week training and meet outside of class to complete learning exercises.

Classes begin in February. Register early as space is limited.
