Reminders for Campus Visitors

This is a friendly reminder that all University guests (non-badged) are required to be reported to, and sign in upon arrival, at the University Reception Desk. Please plan to greet your visitor at the desk and escort them to and from the secured area destination. The NEW Center is a public area; no badge is required if you stay within the NEW Center. If a guest is arriving before 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m., please go through security.

Send your email notification to receptionist@neomed.edu and include the following details:

  • Event
  • Event location
  • Event timeframe
  • Event coordinator/contact and contact information
  • Visitor’s full name or list of names
  • Date and time of expected arrival
  • NEOMED contact’s (badged staff) name and contact information, including telephone number(s) - who will be greeting and escorting your guest upon arrival and departing.

To assist you, the University Security Access Policy can be found on the NEOMED website under Policies, Procedure and Bylaws.

Visitor questions can be directed to receptionist@neomed.edu or 6678. Security questions should be directed to Chief Kali Meonske at kmeonske@neomed.edu or 6492.
