Re:New You! Refreshes NEOMED Community

Thanks to NEOMED’s Center for Student Wellness and Counseling Services, Human Resources, Sequoia Wellness and the University’s Mental Health Committee, we were able to help over 160 students, staff and faculty refresh and transition back to school and work from winter break at our Re:New You! event recently.

Attendees were able to participate in self-care activities such as enjoying a hot beverage bar, chair massages, labyrinth meditation/mindfulness maze, indoor yard games and puzzles. In addition, over 72 blankets were made for Project Linus, a non-profit, which provides homemade blankets and a sense of security and warmth to comfort seriously ill children in the Greater Cleveland area. Learn more at projectlinus.org.

See the flyer below for pictures of the event.
