Requesting Information Technology ADG or Desktop Support: Enter a Work Ticket

Good afternoon everyone:


To ensure every type of request for IT assistance is addressed, please enter a Work Ticket for service – sign in at the top right corner on the linked page to enter the ticket. Additional information on entering a ticket can be found here:


This will be the fastest and surest method for requesting and receiving service. Using email or Skype is highly discouraged as requests can be easily lost due to the number of requests individuals are receiving.
